Youth in Business (YiB) is a program of Jubilee Arts in West Baltimore that cultivates the entrepreneurial leadership skills of high school aged youth by providing hands on experience operating an art and design based business. 

 

As the Youth in Business Program Manager, I create digital and print marketing content, manage social media and all other program logistics such as sales initiatives, inventory systems, budgeting, parent engagement, program retention and community partnerships.

As the Design Instructor for Youth in Business I teach graphic design and serve as Art Director for the youth's t-shirt line and with client projects.   I oversee all product development created by the youth and serve as the final point of decision making in the design process.
